Yes, he's played RB plenty of times. He even beat us in the Europa semis playing at right back. This is simply the case of a washed player playing out of position. Yeah, I could try to crack a few jokes to offer some insight, but there isn't much to say. He should be off the summer, and we can move on, and pretend he never played for us.

I think he’s the best 6 at the club but playing RB doesn’t really work. Arteta is no Simone he perfected that defensive style.

Can't blame Arteta for much today even though we lost. Didn't go too defensive, we played well, created enough going forward while limiting Villa.

But the one thing he got wrong is playing Partey at RB. Massive mistake. He hasn't even been a total disaster there but any little mistake at the back usually results in a goal.

Ffs Mikel stop playing Partey at RB. It is a net negative whichever way you look at it.

He's the best ball-playing 6 in the club but outside that he's woeful. When was the last time we've had a clean sheet with Partey at 6?

Still we win most games he plays there and Ødegaard has much better chemistry than him. We don’t ever beat Villa with Rice as a 6.
