Newcastle and Chelsea could go out of top 8 though given their tough matches next week. 13 points won't be enough.

He’s been good for a while apparently. He was very good when I watched him on the weekend.

Haven’t really been watching Liverpool games recently but he looks great on the ball. He’s been the architect of most of the good chances that Liverpool have had during this game.

Looks to be finding his feet in their system.

Think the current top 4 are near guarenteed to finish in those places as they've all got very easy ties on the last match day, perhaps even Sp**s considering how sh*te Frankfurt have been. PSG and Newcastle will basically be doing a playoff for a top 8 spot and Chelsea at relative risk of losing away to Napoli so may lose their top 8 spot.

there is 2 spot available to get top 8 if every 5 things below happen in last ucl match (this 5 things below look like will happen, that is my prediction), here :

1. psg beat newcastle (psg too good)
2. Sp**s beat frankfurt (frankfurt mathematically cannot get playoff)
3. real madrid beat benfica (madrid too good)
4. liverpool beat qarabaq (liverpool too good)
5. chelsea draw or lose against napoli (napoli will fight for their life to get playoff)

so when there is 2 spot available to get top 8 which mean the only team who have big chance to get top 8 is mancity, sporting cp, atletico madrid, atalanta & barca that because all those team have 13 points right now which is more closer to top 8

now lets assume mancity (who have 13 points) beat galatasaray in last match which mean two of this team (barca, atletico madrid, sporting cp, atalanta) have to beat their opponent & they have to make better goal difference than city to rid mancity from top 8. I think barca & atletico madrid they have big chance to get that 2 spot because barca will face copenhagen & atletico madrid will face bodo in last match

@A_G 17 GA for Marcus ‘overrated United **** worse than Martinelli’ Rashford at halfway through the season btw
but G/A per 90 is pretty much same with nelli playing in a tougher league and in a team where none of the attackers have great stats though

in fact for both, these numbers are inflated given they are part of very strong teams (compared to the other teams in the league, especially for barca)

Firstly extrapolating Martinelli’s stats to match Rashford’s absolute numbers is straight up assuming that Nelli would replicate this form if he played more which is a massive assumption.

Rashford has a GA every 88 minutes for Barca with a much larger sample size while Martinelli has a GA every 110 mins so no.

Also, my post is about Rashford being called trash and a downgrade on Martinelli. I’m not sure how mentioning that Nelli is less productive in less minutes counters anything I’ve said..

Firstly extrapolating Martinelli’s stats to match Rashford’s absolute numbers is missing all kinds of nuance such as Nelli benefiting from coming on in opening games, it’s also just straight up assuming that he would replicate this form if he played for longer which is a massive assumption, he’s coming off the bench for a reason after all.

On top of all that, none of this is relevant as my post is about Rashford being called trash and a downgrade on Martinelli. Yet here he is with better numbers for like the 4th season in a row.

Also Rashford has a GA every 88 minutes for Barca with a much larger sample size while Martinelli has a GA every 110 mins so no, it’s not pretty much the same and it doesn’t make any kind of point?
both aren't trash but both aren't great either. There isn't much between them to be a downgrade or upgrade. Rashford is older but still playing in the same level.

I got the stats from fbref which has them at 0.81 vs 0.83 (Rashford) GA per 90

Well that’s a fair opinion to hold so my post isn’t directed at you, they know who they are

I don’t really ‘like’ any football player, I’m a grown man

Assuming you mean ‘rate’ then yeah: timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Raya, Rice, Zubi, Eze, Saka and Trossard are all players I rate.

Come on you definitely do like Rashford, you wouldn't be hyping up an assist against Slavia Prague otherwise.
The way you say like makes it sounds like how girls ask their friends if they like a guy.

Arsenal Quotes

The coach's role is to make the player understand everything that serves the interest of the game. To do this he must speak to the child within each player, to the adolescent he was and the adult he is now. Too often a coach tends only to speak to the adult, issuing commands for performance, for victory, for reflection, to the detriment of the child who is playing for pleasure, living in the present.
