Who is cracking open the new thread for the return leg?

@Yousif Arsenal I don’t watch Italian football. But just learned Inter have two semi final Coppa Italia legs against Milan and a title race with Napoli. People bigging up Inter, but they have a lot of pressure, no?
They have fresh squad but lost thuram for few weeks that big blow he been important for them. But still they capable because thier squad depth they favorite to win league and the cup. against Barcelona will be tough test but they maybe with us and A.Madrid are most solid teams in Europe that's why I'd rather face Barcelona and not inter if we get to CL final.

Do you watch Madrid much?
I'm not saying he doesn't put more effort in than most of his teammates, but he's just not that impressive unless he's given time and space on the ball, which is basically La Liga apart from maybe Atletico.

Put it this way: if Rice had produced that level of performance in the second leg, playing in his natural position, he'd be getting pelters on here and in the media.

The entire Madrid team failed to play like a team, which is why they lost, but he didn't stand out either.

First leg ended 1:1.
Second leg is on Wednesday.
More pressure on Milan than Inter, because this might be the only opportunity for Milan to play in Europe next season.

Barca final would be poetic justice when we give them a 5-1 beatdown

Barcelona are more organized than Real Madrid but because they attacking team will give chance to hurt them however inter will stay deep block and they usually play 352 gonna be difficult to break them down like we saw at San Siro when we played them

Yeah there team is a lot less lopsided and is more balanced than Real.

Wouldn’t be an easy game although I think we get Inter. They’re very impressive.

Valverde is a top player in bad form, he's not bang average. He's been producing world class performances regularly for 3 seasons, albeit his last 3-6 months he's been out of form (like a lot of their team). Its why I had them as slight favourites against us and not trampling us into the dust like most on here thought would happen.

Mbappe and Vini also looked like cloggers against us, and tbh what A-M thinks regarding players doesn't interest me for the most part.

Maybe his performances are better than his stats, but as I already mentioned, the defending in La Liga is questionable at best. I can't see his passing accuracy, but I would expect higher G/As from someone at a team like Madrid.

Eh? Where do you think Valverde plays for them?

I always thought Bellingham was the perfect model professional, but he is just another Rashford. Money and fame made him being delusional.

Bellingham is a professional but he's developed main character syndrome at Madrid and he's a petulant tit when things aren't going well.

Some of the challenges he was putting in were pathetic and you would hope that someone of his talent would find a better way of imposing himself on a game of football than to lash out. I knew he was doing nothing in the tie when he was trying to get an 18 year old MLS in trouble for eating his lunch.

He's not unserious about football for long stretches like Rashford though. His commitment to the game is not a question mark at all and people forget he's 2 years younger than Saka because it feels like he's been around forever. Hopefully he grows up a bit and responds less petulantly to taking his medicine.

I can't believe we actually had a penalty for us given by VAR, and then a Madrid penalty was taken away by VAR...I was shocked into not being able to move, especially for the one Madrid got!

Well done to everyone except Zinchenko 👏

Arsenal Quotes

When you start supporting a football club, you don’t support it because of the trophies, or a player, or history, you support it because you found yourself somewhere there; found a place where you belong.
