Lol, Northern Ireland shouldn't be hosting a proper tournament game...think most of our top flight clubs aren't even fully professional ffs.
You could probably just keep it in England and Scotland, tbh...though Dublin and Cardiff at least have proper stadiums/tourism possibilities, FA cup finals at The Millennium stadium always looked brilliant.
If they are doing a 3rd place play off give that to Belfast, make them play it in the dilapidated piece of sh1t in that first picture...sums up how pointless that match is
