Someone at work told me that when they were singing 'We are the Champions. No time for losers' etc, they were actually singing it to the mens team? (yes, some of us have to work on Bank Holidays) PLEASE tell me that's not true. Is someone pulling my plonker? I really hope so, because he'll have some questions to answer if that's the case. The men gave it their everything this season - just came up a tiny bit short.

I think this is very popular song for winners to sing. I dont think its directed at anyone particular. Just winners having a fun.

That's what I thought too. :thumbsup:

I could have done without the swearing though. Maybe I'm too old-fashioned, but is it really necessary to use foul language in public like that? Not very lady-like, imho and a poor example to the many children who were there.
