You can't judge from 1 game, thats why I looked at more games vs teams that are closer to average EPL teams, which are games vs top 5 of Portugal as final season league table and UCL games, for total 16 games to look at Gyok. Also Liverpool and City certainly have stronger defences compared to most team at Portugal and most UCL teams that Gyok faced last season.

Most people would argue our defence is stronger than Liverpool and City's and the stats back that up. Our defenders said he gave them a tough time. I would trust them over any cherry-picked stats.

Besides, there were plenty of below average teams last season in the PL. The likes of Porto and co would be far more capable than the bottom half teams, which are the ones we struggled against.

Wait til he's in the PL next season. Then you'll have an accurate comparison. I don't see him struggling like Nunez because while they are both physical players, Gyokeres has consistent finishing, able to put it in all four corners of the net.

Split the difference and make it 2.5M guaranteed (€67.5M) and €2.5M bonus based on same target and €10M harder bonuses. We’d very likely have paid that €5M bonus anywho and bumping the guaranteed portion by €2.5M has negligible PSR impact. We’re there. Last step.
