I hope now people will notice that we are going to miss this guy and probably stop using every chance to do slander on him (he didn't deserve any for real).

Some of you have been way more than unfair to him, and now we will have nobody to replace him for some time it seems.

Atleast the thread will be peaceful from unfair criticism.

My suspicion is that this is a plot to get him out of international duty. If he picked up a knock during the Sunderland match, it is too suspicious. He has played a lot of minutes.

He picks it up now, misses two matches and rests until Nov 24. Merino needs game time so we can play him for two matches, and we should still have enough for those matches to win, hopefully.

Realistically, he probably would have sat the UCL match anyways, so he is really missing only the Sunderland match where we really need him. I will take that if it means he can skip international duty.

Or he could really be hurt and we gotta make do with Merino until Havertz or Gyokeres is back.

Lack of pre-season? Far more pysichal and competetive league? No, it must be Artetas system🧐
It is a system that requires hard work to be honest.

It broke Jesus and looks like it might have broken Kai too.

This season will be derailed by injuries and we will bemoan bad luck again instead of questioning the style that’s killing the players. Guys like Kai and Viktor are nice guys who Arteta knows would agree to his crazy demands. Someone like Isak would never

I think it's been a decent enough start from him.

He's not the player we hoped he'd be, the limitations are pretty obvious to see now but you can't fault a guy who's putting in the level of work he is.

Hopefully he and Kai are back soon. We'll need them.

He was never gonna be a Haaland level cf for us. He looks bulkier than at Sporting still, takes time to adjust with the extra weight.

Physio scout, who is usually good at predicting these injuries, says based of footage it seems like hamstring strain. Gyokeres managed to play on until then end of first half so he predicts either grade 1 ( 2-4 weeks ) or grade 2 ( 4-6 weeks )

Arsenal Quotes

This is a big moment of happiness...we waited a long time for this and the happiness is linked sometimes with the suffering, and the time that you have to wait....this was more important than all the other (trophies) we have twice won the double, but were not under pressure then like we were today.
