Have been on holiday, feeling all relaxed and just as i hit the airport i catch a glimpse of a back page of some rag (i think it was the Mail...)
Oh NO i think it's groundhog day! although we've kept Pat for the last 4 years since the Real interest started, am started to question PV's dedication to the Club...Stories of clearing out lockers? rift amongst the french players?
To be honest if we do lose him that's his loss, not ours. Pat obviously needs his ego massaged every year, must be the only reason he's wiling to cause such a fuss.
I think we'll keep him one more year then he'll be off.....
There can be no doubts that Pat is a top guy and an amazing
player and captain and would be a tragic loss to the arsenal
but if he has any doubts about been at arsenal and his future
career then he has to go end of story. If he stays will he be
the usual 100% commited pat we know or will he always
have one eye on his other future?? I would be also worried
if he goes that others question arsenals future, the likes
of henry, pires and even wenger himself. I suppose though
players like Anelka went down that road and where is he now!!
