Is this a positive or negative for Raul?
to early to say. Pepe has shown flashes of brilliance and seems a far better player under Arteta.
But could of Wenger and Gazidis made that deal.
?

Vardy was using us as leverage and you could say pepe is average so far.Struggle to see a capacity he comes back in but talk of binning Raul a head of football who negotiates deals like Pepe for 70mil for wenger who would try and sign 6 average players for that money is madness.
let’s not forget Wenger Personally asked Yaya Sonogo at a hotel to join Arsenal yet ignored Jamie Vardy at the Euros when he was seriously considering joining Arsenal a few years back.
No thanks. People have short memories.
he was sacked for a reason
@American_GoonerWe were chanting “we got our Arsenal back” 4 months after he left..
@hydrofluoric acidLovely stuff. Would love him back here as a director, acting as an ambassador for the club and ensuring we carry on with his values.
No harm in it at this point either, he won’t be allowed near the football operations side of things.
@Arsenal Fan TVWish wenger would have been more rich then he can buy Arsenal
Would be lovely to watch when he give them life ban.
It’s irrelevant for Raul. The only people above him in the club’s organisation are the owners. Wenger, a man he was involved in sacking two years ago, is no threat to him. This isn’t game of thrones. Is this a positive or negative for Raul?
Interesting times if there's any truth to that
The question is, in what capacity? Obviously not as manager
what's that got to do with me?
Not for me, I was critical of his Barcelona record all summer. His tenure at Barcelona saw major expensive flops.
Except he's not harping on about it in every presser and post match interview like a beg
Ole-esque behaviour it has to be said
