Better than Rambo?

I'd say so, Brozovic is better technically, far better passing range & distribution, better dribbler, physically stronger, makes the Ramsey like runs into the box but seems more disciplined in doing so. Brozovic is versatile like Ramsey as well sharing his tenacious style & work ethic.

Then again I am not in the Gerrard (who once claimed Joe Cole was more skillful than Messi) camp of believing Ramsey is the best CM in the league.

Don't think many will agree in here but I can see the Ramsey comparison for sure, problem is not many people watch Inter closely and Brozovic really came out of nowhere. Don't agree about the passing range though, Brozo's main strength in the current Inter setup is that he keeps it relatively simple, quick and short passes plus a great engine and fast feet. Ramsey still has more star quality on his day I'd say.

He is good at the moment, but I wouldn't get too carried away just yet, EpicBrozo has to prove that's his level over the course of a season, plus he is very much helped by the stability of the Inter defence and team balance overall.

That being said Inter don't own Brozo so can't sell him - and even if they did you're probably looking at Kovacic-like figures in the summer, something Wenger will never pay for a relatively unproven CM (which we don't need).

Brozovic has great engine, but he is nowhere near Ramsey, or the level for Arsenal. Plus, kid is as stupid as they come.
And that comes from Croatian Inter fan :)

Hope we bring DM in, we needed one in summer, now we need it even more, so no need to wait for june. Knowing Wenger he has couple of names ge wants, but are they available is the question. Most likely not

Brozowic haven't seen him play so wont comment but it seems that Wenger wants to buy a DLP more than a traditional DM would still prefer Carvalho but since Sporting are top of the league don't see that happening.

The way Brozovic has played the last few months he's definitely good enough for Arsenal, no two ways about it.

Question is can he keep up his form and keep improving, I doubt it. Plus as @ArsenaLover states he is a proper bellend (not that we don't have those) and has a serious gambling addiction too so he might not fit in with the rest of the squad.

He is not what we need either, we have to get either Carvalho or Martinez, that's about it

Just try to keep it on topic. No divergences into historical/religious debates or pseudo-porn. I know it's tough, but I think we can do it this time.

I hear the same **** every year."So and so is better than our player, he's scored 5 more goals, we should sign him".

Then they move to a proper league with a proper team and the level they're playing at is just too much for them to handle.

Yawn

In other news - Javi Martinez extended his contract, he is now at Bayern until 2021.

Only Carvalho left that can play the combined CDM/DLP role in my eyes.

He's like one of Guardiolas favourite players at Bayern though. I don't think Martinez will care, has been playing a lot since returning from injury whether that be DM/CB. Pep likes to have at least one player who can start attacks right from the defence. I honestly don't think he's too fussed if he spends most of his time as a CB.

If Peps leaving Bayern the next manager will, no doubt, move Martinez back into midfield.
I do agree with @BBF though, anywhere else and he would of been elite by now. Would have been a dream signing for our midfield.

Fear not, Gooners, Arsène and I are on the case. In light of our frankly quite baffling injury issues, we have searched the length and breadth of the footballing world for a player who typifies resilience and strength, and expertly fills the glaring holes in our squad.

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Yoann Gourcuff.

You're welcome.

(Psst...it'll break in the media real soon. You heard it here first.)
