10/10 thread title. I’d like to see him do well at West Ham. Reputation took a massive hit after the Chelsea job but clearly a good manager

Potter would be a very Moyes-like hire. Not in terms of style, but he did well with Brighton similar to Moyes with Everton and then failed at Chelsea similar to Moyes with Man Utd. Probably still a very good choice for a West Ham.

What are West Ham doing? My guess is they haven’t been able to agree a deal with anyone yet so can’t really sack Lopetegui.

Potter is a good manager at that sort of level. He'll do well.
I don't really rate Lopetegui but he's being done dirty here. Just sack him and pay him off, don't let him hang like this.

Think mid level team could be his sweet spot?
If he gets West Ham back into Europe & wins a trophy
as Moyes did we can talk.If he overachieves by a lot & gets them top 4 I will certainly listen.

Yeah so did a lot of people tbf.
Chelsea was a car crash so probably not fair to judge him.
He certainly plays some pleasing on the eye football.
West Ham have some decent attacking players so should do well.
Potter & Eddie Howe are probably the best English Managers.
