Recently watched Blow, starring Penelope Cruz and Johnny Depp. Based on a true story, such a great film. One of my favourites now I think, along with the likes of City of God, Pulp Fiction, Sin City, amongst others.

City Of God is a brilliant film, not to keen on Sin City. I tried to watch it twice but fell asleep both times.
The most recent film I have seen is Blood Diamond with Leo DiCaprio which is a very good film.

well, it's not "well 'ard", but we took the lad to the drive-in theater here in town (where you park your car and watch the movie projected on a hella big screen while listening through your radio on a specific station) and saw "fred claus". we three thought it was clever and a fun film, great to take the kids to (the lad's 9).

if you liked 'blood diamond' you've got to see 'lord of war'...an absolutely amazing film.

I picked up Dune the miniseries cheap on DVD, excellent epic sci-fi movie

some dodgy special effexts at tiems but the story and dialgue are top notch nad even acting is good enough

Watched Varsity Blues the other night - saw it ages ago at uni, but it's a fun watch.
