Amazing again today, sometimes I wonder how hopeless the opposition feels going up against this guy and big Gabi

Turns up only when we lose
Lens away (Wahi got the better of him, goal and assist, Henry pelted him for the 2nd goal cutback)
Lens home (before we pummeled them, Wahi had the better of him)
Porto away (Galeno should have scored that goal)
Porto home (very poor)
Bayern at the Emirates

Deschamps won't be proven wrong tonight so it's on Saliba to make amends next week and subsequent UCL knockout games.

Gabriel had his first poor European game this season being tonight vs Bayern at the Emirates.

The fouls were standard fouls, some quite soft and the penalty was also soft and unavoidable as Sane was through on goal through no fault of Saliba's. It's boring and stupid for people to look for reasons to slate our players. He was largely excellent today and nullified a lot of potential transitions by making important tackles high up the pitch. Also, the notion that anyone should give a f*ck what a mental midget like Deschamps thinks when he's lucked into one World Cup win and bottled another is hilarious. Imagine worrying about what Baguette Southgate says when Saliba has the highest win percentage of any player in England since he joined Arsenal.

Thought after the penalty he'd lose his focus but thankfully he kept his cool.

Sadly him and Gabi look different players in CL but this is their 1st year in this competition next year they'll be more matured I hope

Maybe

You're wrong, no?
Shame a plumber like Kiwior will cause another Deschamp debate here. Done nothing wrong today, Sane was clear on goal already but I guess forum members are just forum members, just bots

Come and get him, Florentino. My boy deserves to win things.

Think he's at least another season away for being ready for a killer team like Madrid, tbh.

Come on man it's not like he playing for Manutd and he'll get his move later
Sick of watching us bottle things and waste excellence letting clowns like Zinchenko derail the season. If that's what we're going to do then let him go and win the trophies his talent warrants.

In 2026 he'll move if serious offer comes but he still in his early 20's

Arsenal Quotes

I still have an interest in training and development, in the stages that make it possible for players first to acquire technique (between 7 and 12) and then to develop physically (between 12 and 16), then to deepen their mental resilience (between 17 and 19) and finally between 19 and 22 to acquire what is critical, like the roof of a house without which all the rest rots away: intelligence and motivation
