Where does he rank all time?

This is an impossible debate to have because the last crop of genuinely world class CBs for Arsenal came from a completely different era. He obviously dunks on the likes of Koscielny, Vermaelen and even Mertesacker but I don't know how you even start comparing him to the likes of Adams, Keown, Campbell etc. It's way too early to do it anyway.

Only thing we can say is if he maintains his current level for the rest of his career and wins some big stuff in the process, I don't see how he isn't in the conversation for Arsenal #1.

He's the biggest CB talent since Varane I think.

If I could decide which current player stayed for his whole career it would be this guy. I wouldn't swap him for anyone on the planet. It has been a while since we could say that.

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
Henry shouldn't have even asked us. Go ask Liverpool for Konate. Leave our Rolls Royce alone. He's got to play another 50 matches at least next season for us to win the treble.
France have many young defenders Konate and Saliba going to euros

The Mbappe signing to Real is bad for our long term prospects of keeping Saliba. If Real has a strong contingent of young many french players destroying the Cl at an even faster rate; then we really need to worry. Saliba is on Real’s potential list, he would walk into their side and make them better and he would be guaranteed of a CL. If we want to keep a player of Saliba’s quality for long another year we fail to win a big trophy and he might not resign. Madrid want him, he would improve them, and they are putting together a historic team that will rack up CL next 5 years. Cl is like WC of club football for establishing legacy of players.

He loves Arsenal, but will love Arsenal more if we are defending league champions. You generally don’t leave a title winner. So moral of story next year could be do or die for keeping him here long term

They're more interested in getting Yoro (who the French journalists see as the best French CB prospect since Varane) than Saliba.

Remember when Real signed Varane back in 2011?

Yoro is 18, Saliba is 23. After next season Saliba will have 5 years of top flight starting experience and is ready for prime time now. Yoro playing for Lille regularly looks good but Saliba is ready now and his age profile fits the core they have now. Yoro’s best could 7 or 8 years away where as Saliva is ready to start for Madrid today.
