they save us a lot points bro with blocking, intercept, tackle, duel etc in a lot important moment (one of best exampal gabriel blocking & raya save against west ham)

and they still keep consistent with performance like that even under huge pressure in title race with also play twice in week

Saliba was better at 21 than Gallas has ever been in life. He also single handedly makes both Konate and Upamaguire look like competent CBs when he partners them. If that isn't stepping up then I don't know what is.
