Wright-Phillips seems to specialise in those angled arrowing shots from the right-hand side of the box. Super player with lots of potential.

Very talented and versatile player, but probably not quite Arsenal standard. Not for the first team anyway.

He's very young and has the potential to be world-class from what I've seen of him. I can see loads of clubs being interested if City ever decided to sell him.

Some of my mates from school used to play against him in the Sunday leagues in south London. He does indeed have huge potential but I think he suffers by being coached by Keegan, who really doesn't have a clue about anything. If he was at a top club with top coaches and top players, he could progress into a special player. But it would be a risk to buy him, especially as Man City will probably ask big money.

Hes a good little player. I think he would fit in quite well. Arsenal like to keep the right hand steady and solid and the left used as the attacking threat. Wright Philips can defend really well, and also attack with pace and dribbling to give Arsenal something extra. Bit of a risk but why not!

if he performs like he has this season or even beter for another whole season maybe we could consider signing him. He does look talented, but not quite special enough for a club like this.
Spot on only seen 1 good season from him so far, even tho he is young. He has a mean shot and he will probably get more powerful with age.

He is a great player and I can't see why can't he be joining us. Would be a fine player for Wengerball too.

he plays for City in the right-back position as they plays the 5-3-2 formation...wing backs is a better name for it though...i think he has the abilty to do well, even better than pennant,he has been a bigger impact than pennant, scored more, assits more than pennant

Shaun has a brilliant attitude and he plays with zest and enthusiasm but ultimately I don't think he is Arsenal class. Pennant is a much more cultured player, with better ability but he doesn't have the desire of Shaun. I still would like to think that Pennant will be given a chance with us.

Lets be honest here...any young player with an ounce of promise can step into the Arsenal team and be superb. Its the fact that the players around him will make him better.

Wright-Phillips will do well on the right, and Pennant has shown he can be dealy on the right also. Saying that, there is no reason why we should buy Wright-Phillips when we already have a player with as much, if not more, talent about him in Pennant.

So its Pennant for me, all the way.

It would be great to have him at asrenal but it would be better to have Arjen Robben from PSV. Now there is someone with pace.....

He is the next Marcy Overmars.
