Really do feel sad if we're getting him instead of players like Arteta or even better, I really do dislike Benayoun. But I can be happy that we've signed Per Mertesacker and Andre Santos, who are both very good players, in the last 2 days.

Not who I'd want given the [very limited] choice....

But at the end of the day, we were not only short on a creative player, which Yossi has, but numbers too, which we have one more of.

There IS NO Cesc replacement. Anywhere.

I take it if he playes well, creates and scores a few, we'll still be pissed off? C'mon, we're all a little fickle in that respect.

It hasn't been a bad window going by what 90% of the forum thought would happen, has it?

We should be buying players like these to add to the ones we've sold, not instead of.

I'd like to know where the 70m or so that we have is going.

Every penny and more should be going on players

Hleb is a much, much better player than Rosicky. Always was, always will be. And I don't even particularly rate Hleb.
