Partizan Belgrade winger Zoran Tosic has pulled the plug on his move to Manchester United after failing to agree terms and Manchester City and Arsenal are poised to swoop for the 21-year-old instead. (Daily Express)

Don't know too much about this guy, to be honest. Anyone care to chime in?

He is a highly-rated attacking midfielder in Serbia. I saw him in the third qualifying round in UEFA against FC Timisoara and he was instrumental for Partizan's win, he's also a good free-kick taker. I wouldn't be surprised if Wenger will replace Cesc with him.

He can play in the centre too as an attacking midfielder, and I suppose that Wenger would like to play him there.

there`s unofficial report that both Tošić and Ljajić have signed for utd. in the first hours of transfer window.It`s on serbian so I`ll give you summary...
Both of them signed today,they had medicals earlier.Alegedly Utd. will confirm this on Friday since it`s the first working day.Tošić will join utd. immidiatelly and Ljajić will be send back to Partizan on loan.

here's a newsflash for you guys, cesc is not an AM so you cant replace him with an AM. unless you're okay with spotting the other team at least a goal every game.

there seems to be a hgue amount of talent in the balkans right now - we need to be getting in on that.
