Arsenal fans have been brutal to Theo Walcott after the forward announced he has made a full recovery from illness.
The England international has been restricted to a bit-part role in the squad this season with Arsene Wenger preferring Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Alex Iwobi in the wide areas for Premier League matches.
Walcott has featured regularly in domestic cup and Europa League competition and has three goals to his name so far this season.
It has been three weeks since the 28-year-old attacker last appeared in a Gunners shirt, but he could make this weekend’s trip to Old Trafford.
It doesn’t appear as if Gooners are keen on his iminent return to the side. Walcott, who has netted over 100 career goals for Arsenal was the subject of negative replies in regards to his latest comeback.
