Arsenal’s Matteo Guendouzi and Alex Iwobi gave fans a helping hand during the 2-0 victory over Manchester United.

Unai Emery’s side were winning by one goal when Moss pointed to the spot in the second half for a challenge by Fred on Alexandre Lacazette.

Replays showed it was a soft penalty to award, but Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang shook off his penalty miss demons against Tottenham and slotted the ball past David De Gea to seal all three points for the Gunners.

Some fans’ views of the penalty were not as blessed as others. But for those were desperate to catch the defining moment of the game, Arsenal’s substitutes offered a helping hand.

Matteo Guendouzi and Alex Iwobi were amongst those warming up on the touchline when Aubameyang was taking the penalty.

Both players brilliantly dropped to the ground in order to give fans behind them a better view of the spot kick.

United now have six days to recover ahead of their next game against Wolves in the FA Cup quarter final at the weekend. Arsenal take on Rennes at the Emirates on Thursday in a bid to reach the Europa League quarter-final stage.
