Arsenal are trying to work a deal to sign Kieran Tierney this summer.

The Gunners, who have reportedly failed with two bids so far, may have to fork out more than half of their summer budget to bring in the Scotland left-back, with the player valued by the Scottish champions at £25m. (Telegraph)

The Sun claim Celtic are again monitoring Mohammadi, who has spent the last three seasons with Russian top-flight side Akhmat Grozy.

Gunners boss Unai Emery only has around £45m to bring in players this summer. He’s yet to make any signing and needs to find replacements for 33 year-old Nacho Monreal, Aaron Ramsey, Danny Welbeck and Petr Cech.

The only way the Spaniard can increase his spending power is by offloading a few of his current stars.

Arsenal are long-time admirers of Tierney but have so far been unwilling to match Celtic’s £25m valuation.
