Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is already off the mark in the Premier League after finding the net in Arsenal’s opening weekend 1-0 win over Newcastle.
The Gunners striker played up front on his own during Sunday’s tricky away fixture, but says he is ‘looking forward’ to being joined by Alexandre Lacazette and £72m new teammate Nicolas Pepe.
Aubameyang, 30, said: “It is going to be crazy — everybody is excited.
“I am looking forward to it. The next game is at home and we will see what is the coach’s decision.
“It will be difficult for him to fit us all in but that’s the game. When you have a good team, it’s like that.”
Lacazette didn’t play over the weekend, but Pepe, 24, came on after 71 minutes for his Gunners debut.
Ahead of Saturday’s clash with Burnley, Aubameyang added: “He’s a really great player. He’s already shown in training that he’s capable of doing great things with us.
“It is another weapon for us. When I play as the striker I am happy but if the team needs some help and I play wide, then I will do it.”
Unai Emery could play the three stars up front against the Clarets as Arsenal look to make it two out of two in the Premier League.
