Jack Wilshere has completed his move to West Ham.

The former Arsenal favourite has penned a three-year deal as he joins Manuel Pellegrini’s new side.

Wilshere felt he was left no choice to leave Arsenal after being informed by new boss Unai Emery that game time would come at a premium this season.

The midfielder, who has signed for the club he supported as a boy, wrote on Twitter: “Delighted to have officially signed for West Ham United! After speaking with the manager and those at the club I knew my future was at the London Stadium and I can’t wait to get going now. It’s well known that I come from a family of Hammers and it’s a special moment to sign…”

The 26 year-old can expect a huge ovation when West Ham visit the Emirates on August 25.

Gooners have been wishing their former star well at his new club…
