Arsenal made it through to the Europa League last 16, but their 2-1 home defeat to minnows Ostersunds has done little to lighten the mood for the north Londoners.
Arsenal transformed a gentle Wembley warm-up into a desperate scramble for Europa League survival and Arsene Wenger was in no mood to sugar-coat the performance as they scraped into the last 16.
The 2-1 defeat saw yet another backlash from Gooners ahead of their crucial League Cup final clash with Man City on Sunday.
One player who failed to seize his opportunity to establish himself as a regular was Danny Welbeck. The Englishman could not be faulted for effort, but his end product continues to frustrate Arsenal fans.
Welbeck has scored just 22 goals since arriving from Manchester United in 2014. Three-and-a-half years on and it appears Gooners are ready for the club to part ways with the 27 year-old.
Here’s how they reacted to his performance on Twitter…
danny welbeck would miss his own funeral.

Danny Welbeck made his competitive debut in 2008. Since then he's scored 41 league goals in. That's an average of 4 goals a year. He turns 28 this year.
