After the game against Manchester United, some of the media are up to it again. This time they speculated that Henry and Lauren were involved in a pushing and shoving bust up inside the tunnel.

Henry was said to be furious at the Lauren’s decision to shoot from a difficult position rather than squaring it for him – which the ball hit Roy Carroll’s legs and Henry only managed to head the deflected ball wide.

It was reported that at the final whistle, Henry and Lauren could be seen exchanging terse words before disappearing into the tunnel.

An ‘eye-witness’ told the Daily Mirror: “There were astonishing scenes down there. Henry was like a wild man. He was going crazy and the two of them were really going for each other.”

However, The London Evening Standard quotes a source as saying that, contrary to earlier reports based on eye witness accounts, while the exchange was heated there was no trading of blows and that the spat was settled by an apology and a handshake.

“They shook hands and apologised to each other and that was the end of it,” an unnamed source told the Evening Standard.

“It was not a major incident. There was no pushing or shoving or anything like that. It was the kind of thing that happens every day on the training ground.”

The media is at it again and tries to make things look bad for Arsenal. Henry did not crack up. He is just passionate and heated up for the game. Let’s hope both of them will work harder together for the semi finals of the FA cup against Manchester United at Villa Park
