The 3-2 victory over Everton means the Gunners are now up to 9th in the Premier League, four point off a Champions League spot.

Arsenal players thank Leno for his heroics

Leno recovered from a first-half mistake that allowed a tame Richarlison effort to squirm underneath his body for an equaliser.

Posting a picture of the former Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper on his Instagram account, the Arsenal legend wrote: ”The Saviour,” followed by a heart emoji.

Arsenal’s No 1 has played every minute of Premier League action this season and continues to improve as he quests to fill Petr Cech’s boots.
