Hoffenheim managerĀ Julian Nagelsmann has played down reports he is in line to replace Arsene Wenger at the Emirates.

At the age of 30, Nagelsmann is the youngest manager in the Bundesliga.

The German has received high praise this season for orchestrating Hoffenheim to 5th place in the Bundesliga.

However, he’s distanced himself from a move to north London.

“I don’t think so, no. These are just rumours,” he toldĀ Sky Sports Germany. “I focus on myself and my team; the focus is on nothing else.”

“I’m not annoyed by the discussions. I focus on myself and my team and want to make a good game here today (on Saturday against RB Leipzig).”

Speculation continues over who will replace Wenger next season. The veteran boss will end his 22-year reign at the Emirates next month.

Ex-Barca boss Luis Enrique, Patrick Viera and Max Allegri have all been tipped to take the mantle.

Gooners, who’s your pick to succeed the Frenchman? Let us know in the comments…
