According to reports, Liverpool are in ‘advanced talks’ wtih Arsenal target Ryan Fraser.

The Bournemouth winger had been strongly linked with a move to The Emirates this past summer.

Fraser fully announced himself to the Premier League in 2018/19 by tallying a superb 14 assists – only second to Eden Hazard.

The Scotland international has struggled to repeat that form this season, amid speculation that relations have broken down between the 25-year-old and manager Eddie Howe.

The Cherries are hoping to cash in on the £27m-rated flyer when the transfer window reopens rather than lose him for nothing when his contract expires next summer.

Arsenal suffered a disappointing 2-0 loss to Leicester City in the Premier League at the King Power Stadium on Saturday night as they lost yet more ground in the top-four race.

Club-record summer signing Nicolas Pepe could only make the bench for Unai Emery’s side.

Pepe has just one goal and two league assists to his name since arriving in north London for £72m.
