Arsenal must turn their attention to the Carabao Cup ahead of their 4th round tie with Liverpool.

Unai Emery’s side travel to Anfield in a bid to take shake off the ill-feeling around the club.

After taking a comfortable 2-0 lead, Arsenal were pegged back to 2-2 by Crystal Palace in Sunday’s Premier League clash.

Emery is likely to name a much changed side against Liverpool. Granit Xhaka will not be involved following his controversial reaction to being jeered by The Emirates crowd.

Mesut Ozil is in line to play – he’s not appeared for the Gunners since captaining the 5-0 3rd round win over Nottingham Forest in September.

Arsenal are aiming to bounce back from a dreadful week

Gabrielle Martinelli is likely to return to the starting line up. The Brazilian has five goals in just three starts.

Bukayo Saka, Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding could all feature.

Liverpool’s Joel Matip, who recently signed a new five-year deal at Anfield, has not recovered in time to for Wednesday’s tie. Jurgen Klopp is also missing Xhedran Shaquiri who is nursing a calf problem.

Gooners, can we bounce back at Anfield? Let us know in the comments…
