Arsenal could face competition from Tottenham for the signing of Malcom after reports that Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is a fan of the Bordeaux star.

Malcom has attracted the attention of Arsene Wenger’s side and has been linked with a January switch to the Emirates.

However, according to BBC’s David Ornstein, the Gunners have pulled out of the running for a January move following concerns over the potential cost of the deal and his inexperience at the top level.

Malcom has reportedly rejected a contract offer from Arsenal and it appears they have for now given up on signing the 20 year-old.

Malcom has attracted interest from Spurs.

It could be Tottenham’s gain following claims that Arsenal’s arch rivals have already agreed a deal with Bordeaux and Pochettino has personally spoken with the player to convince him to move to Tottenham.

Gooners, should Arsenal go back in for Malcom? Let us know in the comments…
