Arsenal star Mesut Ozil has added another milestone to his name.

The playmaker who signed a lucrative new deal with Arsenal back in January brought up his 50th Premier League assist in the 3-0 win over Watford.

The half-ton has come in 141 appearances for the club which sets him as the fastest man to reach the milestone – a record previously held by Eric Cantona (143 matches).

The 29 year-old’s 50th was achieved just eight minutes into Sunday’s game as Ozil’s fizzing free-kick teed up Shkodran Mustafi for Arsenal’s opener.

The German also claimed two assists in last Thursday’s 2-0 Europa League first-leg victory over AC Milan.

Ozil also holds the record for number of assists since he arrived to the Premier League in 2013.

The assist against Watford was his eighth of the season. Meanwhile Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan teed up one another for the second and third.
