Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil returned to training on Tuesday following yet another illness.
The latest of episode of ill-health came amid rumours the German had a bust-up with new boss Unai Emery.
Ozil is suggested to have been angry with Emery’s tactical changes he would implement prior to Arsenal’s 3-1 win over West Ham.
The 29 year-old subsequently missed the match on Saturday, but though the Gunners produced a good display in his absence.
It’s the sixth time since December 2016 Ozil has supposedly fallen ill. Claims that it is anything other than illness have been rubbished by his manager.
On his return to Arsenal’s London Colney training ground the playmaker was at the centre of the action among the main squad.
Ozil could feature for the Gunners who travel to Cardiff this weekend. Arsenal’s away form has been nothing short of atrocious in 2018 – a win would instil some much needed confidence.
