Here’s some good news from Arsenal.com

Dennis Bergkamp, Freddie Ljungberg and Jeremie Aliadiere are now fit for competitive games.

The trio, who missed Saturday’s victory at Blackburn with respective rib, abdominal and thigh injuries, are now expected to be added to the squad for Saturday’s home game with Bolton.

“Bergkamp, Ljungberg and Aliadiere are all fit again,” comfirmed manager Arsène Wenger in an exclusive video interview with Arsenal Plus on Thursday afternoon.

There was also good news about some of the longer term injuries – Ray Parlour (knee), Sylvain Wiltord (ankle) and Philippe Senderos (foot).

“Ray will play again this season,” said Wenger. “I’d say it will be three weeks and that is without taking any risks. Sylvain Wiltord will be another two weeks.”

Swiss defender Senderos, 19, has been sidelined all season because of back inflammation and then a broken foot. But the manager estimated he could be back “by the end of the month”.

“Injury-wise we have a nice squad now,” Wenger concluded. “It is looking very, very, very good.”

With the upcoming tough fixtures we are going to have since we are still in three competitions, this will be a massive boost to our squad depth. We had a big dip in form due to an injury plagued spell at the end of the season and let’s hope this season, Mother Good Health will shine on our team and keep it injury free.
