It’s been over two weeks since Arsenal last played a Premier League game and the Gunners have seen their situation in the standings change significantly during that time, as the Gunners involvement in the FA Cup last weekend gave Liverpool a chance to rise into the top-four.

The Reds took that opportunity and now sit five points above Arsene Wenger’s side, with Arsenal boasting two games in hand against Leicester City and Southampton, both of which are yet to be scheduled by the Football Association.

As things stand, Arsenal have things in their own hands and they have a chance to decrease the deficit this weekend as Liverpool face Manchester City- which gives Arsenal the chance to potentially move just two points off the Champions League places, with two games in their favour.

Against West Brom at the Hawthorns, Arsenal should have enough about them to secure victory but will face a challenge against a Baggies outfit that has excelled under Tony Pulis, sitting eighth in the standings. However, they’ve experienced two consecutive defeats.

Here, we’ve predicted the Arsenal XI to play at the Hawthorns tomorrow and there could well be a number of changes from the side that beat Lincoln City.
