Jack Wilshere wants his Arsenal future resolved before this summer’s World Cup.

The England international who is suggested to have rejected a pay cut in a new deal with the Gunners. Wilshere has always remained adamant he intends to stay at the Emirates.

The 26 year-old, who has a dreadful run of injuries throughout his career has stayed fit for the majority of this season.

Wilshere hopes to be apart of Gareth Southgates England squad for the World Cup in Russia. He last featured for the Three Lions in their Euro 2016 last-16 exit to Iceland, but has been named him in his squad for the upcoming friendlies against the Netherlands and Italy.

As reported by Sky Sports, asked if he would like his club future sorted before England go away, Wilshere said: “I have got three months left on my contract. I don’t know how to answer that.

“Ideally, yes, I want it sorted as soon as possible. I want to go to the World Cup and enjoy it, but we have three months till then and a lot can happen.

“Ideally from my point of view and the club’s point of view, they will probably want it sorted.”

Asked if he would like his club future sorted before England go away, Wilshere added: “I have got three months left on my contract. I don’t know how to answer that.
