Arsenal have progressed to the next round of the Europa League as group winners, despite being held to a draw by Standard Liege.

The Gunners fought back from 2-0 down to share the spoils with the Belgian outfit.

Interim boss Freddie Ljungberg named a much changed team with the Swede keeping one eye on Manchester City this weekend.

The Gunners had to equal or better the result of Eintracht Frankfurt to secure top spot in Group F. That appeared to be in doubt with Frankfurt winning at home to Vitoria and Arsenal falling two goals down in the second half at Liege.

However, a goal and an assist from Bukayo Saka earned a draw while Frankfurt let in two late goals to lose at home and ensure Ljungberg’s  men are seeded for the round-of-32 draw on Monday.
