Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has strengthened his improving side with the loan capture of Arsenal’s Danish midfielder Sebastien Svard.
The 21-year-old midfielder agreed to move and will be with the Potters till the end of the season once his current deal with FC Copenhagen expires.
“He may not have the experience we are ideally looking for,” Pulis told The Sentinel, “But when a youngster with his pedigree comes along you have to move in there. We are hoping he turns out to be as successful as John Halls was after he moved here on loan from Arsenal.
“Sebastien is a good all-round midfielder with pace and ability. He is lacking a bit of fitness after a recent injury, but we clearly want to get him involved as soon as possible.”
