Arsene Wenger is expected to field a second string side for Arsenal’s Europa League meeting with Red Star Belgrade.

The game comes as a welcomed break from the Premier League following Arsenal’s 2-1 defeat at Watford last weekend.

A number of first-team players have not travelled with the squad including Danny Welbeck, who is nursing his hamstring and Santi Cazorla who has a longterm ankle problem. Right-back Mathieu Debuchy is in line for his first start in 11 months, after 16 minutes of action for Arsenal since November 2015.

The Gunners have taken two wins from two so far and Arsenal fans expect nothing less than three points.  Red Star, who are two points behind  and would top the group with a win.

A win for Wenger’s side should build momentum ahead of their clash with Everton on Sunday.
