Unai Emery says he’s looking forward to meeting with ‘big talent’ Mesut Ozil.

The Spaniard has been unveiled to the press after being confirmed as the new Gunners boss.

After a disappointing campaign which saw Arsene Wenger leave a year ahead of schedule, Emery says he can’t wait to impose his style on his new side.

The Gunners, who conceded over 50 goals in the Premier League last season are expected to bring in reinforcements this summer.

Emery, 46, insists the squad he’s inherited from Arsene Wenger is of top quality.

When asked about Ozil’s role, the boss told the media: ‘He’s one of biggest talents here at Arsenal and I want talented players here.

‘I want to spend time here with him and all players. I want to speak to them about how inspired and excited I am to be here.

Ozil signed a new long-term contract with Arsenal in February

‘Above all I think this is a wonderful project and we all must give 100 per cent – I expect that from players and myself.’

The former Sevilla boss added: ‘This team is a big team with big players and we think we need change, but only little things.
