Arsenal have officially launched the 2019/20 home jersey made by Adidas.

Fans love new strip with it officially being launched with video featuring Mesut Ozil, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Idris Elba.

Making the Arsenal kit for the first time since 1994, adidas pulled out all the stops, including a collar reminiscent of the one seen on the home shirt worn by the Cup Winners’ Cup side of 1993/94.

The Gunners ended a five-year partnership with Puma earlier, with the sports brand having jumped ship to Manchester City.

Unai Emery’s side lost the Europa League final and finished fifth in the Premier League, meaning they narrowly missed out on Champions League football with two attempts, but can that disappointment and this fresh new strip inspire a fruitful 2019/20?

Here’s our opening four fixtures in the 2019/20 Premier League:

August

11: Newcastle United (a) – 2pm, live on Sky Sports

17: Burnley (h)

24: Liverpool (a)

31: Tottenham (h)
