Arsenal starlet Reiss Nelson scored an outrageous free-kick for the England U21s against Scotland U21s.

The teenager is currently enjoying a seasons-long-loan spell at Hoffenheim and despite playing just three matches for the German side, he has already scored two goals.

And Nelson’s impressive domestic form has carried through on the international stage.

In England’s U21 Euro 2019 qualifier against Scotland, the match was tightly poised at 0-0 when the youngster stepped up to take a free-kick from 30 yards out.

England had already qualified for Euro 2019 next summer but had a number of chances to take the lead before Nelson’s effort.

The considerable distance didn’t faze the teenager, though, as he curled the ball over the wall.

Kieran Dowell later added to Nelson’s opener to secure a 2-0 victory for the young Three Lions.

And Arsenal fans were quick to praise the youngster for his strike.

“That boy Reiss Nelson, he scores when he wants,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

Another put: “I don’t care what anyone says but Reiss Nelson is good enough to start for Arsenal”

“Get Reiss Nelson back in at Arsenal please,” a third added.
