In the defeat to the Baggies, the side appeared to be troubled by the uncertainty surrounding Arsene Wenger’s future and the performances have looked like that for a while. Over the international break, a decision has to be made one way or another.

With every passing game, it seems the likelihood is that Wenger will walk away at the end of his contract and Arsenal will need to have preparations in place this summer to oversee major changes- which will include appointing a Director of Football.
