Arsenal have been linked with a move for Yannick Carrasco this January.

The former Atletico Madrid midfielder is currently currently in China, with Dalian Yifang.

His wife has confirmed that several teams across Europe have made offers for the winger.

The Belgian international could be on his way out of China – and in an interview with Belgian outlet RTBF, Noémie Happart says that teams have made offers:

“There are a lot of things happening. He’s been called by many clubs, all of which are interested. Offers have arrived from Germany, Spain, England, and Italy but nothing is concrete, nothing has been signed yet.

It appears the Gunners have made an offer for Carrasco. Following Emery’s comments regarding a lack of transfer funds for this window, a loan move appears to have been the likely route.

Arsenal have also been linked with Barcelona’s Denis Suarez. Should Barca sanction the move, the midfielder will likely arrive on loan.
