Just the one previous match between the two clubs which of course was the 4-1 drubbing earlier this season.

Injuries

For Arsenal, Koscielny and Wilshere and Arteta are still out on relatively short term injuries (compared to the rest of the squad), adding to the longer term injuries of Walcott and Ozil. Plenty of changes are expected as this is a fairly low stakes match. Sanchez is not traveling with the team as he is rested. Debuchy and Szczesny are back in training but are unlikely to feature as well.

For the hosts, Selcuk Inan is suspended and Blerim Dzemaili has a hamstring complaint but other than that they have a full bill of health.
