Good win playing in 2nd gear for most of the game, gives the players some rest on the heavy intensity football. Would have liked more goals to run away with GD but can't really complain about tonight, got some good minutes in for Partey and ESR and Saka and Rice rested (mostly).

Can't complain really. Got the result, clean sheet and no player over extended themselves.

Ødegaard and ESR good games. ESR MOTM.

Very happy with the first half, very disappointed with the second can't lie...we just stopped trying after halftime.

Every little helps and Pool play the worst team in the league tomorrow, could/should have won by 4 or so to really add to tye goal difference to be honest.

A win is a win, plus we got important minutes in squad players...but hope that isn't a missed chance by May.

Good win. Comfortable, clean sheet, squad players shaking off their rustiness and we didn’t over exert ourselves.

Onto Brighton now. Regardless of their form there an excellent team and it’s a very tough away fixture.

Excellent result.

Players who deserved a rest got it & we've now put the pressure on Pool.

On to Brighton.

Only thing that's slight negative is that we probably won't have too many more opportunities to really increase our goal difference, hopefully Sheffield don't completely collapse tomorrow which is a real possibility.
