606 - Why allow calls if you are going to ridicule callers?

Couldn't find a 606 specific thread anywhere so here we go. Was listning to 606 podcast this morning and couldn't believe how especially Chris Sutton ridiculed some callers. One ManU fan called in and made some good argument for why he felt letting Van Gaal go was a longterm mistake. I can see that you can disagree with his line of thought, but he made sense, had good arguments in his favour and he was greeted with absolute disrespect from Chris Sutton. Sutton was about as easy to speak to as your local pub drunk. His counterargument was basically that ManU played boring football under LVG and that was it. I don't understand why you would have a call-in programme and then treat the callers as they do on 606? I can understand if you do not agree with certain points made, but then argue against those points. This was just on the drunk local pub boar level.

They must have asked the guy to call in, and ask the question. If it seems too much to be true, then it's fake
