It's with addons, probably between 8-10M£.
If he fails (which won't happen), you don't have to pay it
If you fail (which cannot happen with him in your squad) you don't pay it.
And it's the price asked, the result will be between 50/55M£ addons included

What is it people don't rate about Lacazette exactly? From the very few times I've seen him, youtube and stats, he seems like a clinical player, decent pace and strength, decent technique. I haven't seen him enough to have a strong judgement on him myself, so what is it some of you don't rate about him?
