Judging by the comments Ange went gung ho despite being down two players. Fair enough he's got his way of playing but they've kind of been due a result like this from what I've seen of them so far, even with 11.

You can get away with playing like that against the Ross County's of the world but it'll bite you at some point against better opposition.

You're telling me teams haven't rescued a point after getting players sent off by packing their box? Ange could've probably got a draw here if he did given how terrible Chelsea were in attack but instead he guaranteed a loss.

I think they were f*cked either way after Udogie, that happened way too early for them to see that game out regardless of what they did.

Wonder if people on this forum that hyped up eddie as a great striker after 1 good game against sheffield will do the same for jackson after a hattrick against tottenham, surely this makes him a top striker then by that logic

I mean Liverpool went down to 9 and it took the last kick of the game and an own goal for them to lose.

Arteta has terrible talent iq. I think this guy will set us back 5 years when he is all done here
This is why I say just because you're a good coach doesn't mean you're a good scout. Yes, there is obviously an overlap, but you need specialists on either side to see the best results.

Nketiah long term. Havertz at LCM. Vieira in the most physical league. Short Raya. Saliba not good enough ( luckily he recovered this one). Mudryk as a top priority.

Don’t know what his success percentage is, but those are bad calls. .

And yet they fell.

You got me anyways, I misread what you said you were right. I’d be lying if I said that high line was a good idea for that long.

Not often want Chelsea to win but 2nite & next week will suit me fine.
It was a mental game.
Ange has given the tiny totts believe playing exciting stuff & they are a good watch.

Shades of us last season.

Like Ange but obvs want them to fail big time.

This is exactly it, Ange had front row seats to the textbook tactic of what to do only a month ago and then he went out and did this.

I saw an interview yesterday where Ange basically said that money wasn’t a factor in football. The cracks are starting to show.

Ange must think we're in the Bundesliga with his tactics today. Playing a suicidal high line with 9 men? Get that hipster Kiwi out of my sight. As for you, Poch. Congratulations on the weight loss, but you still have lard for brains. The only manager who can coach a 4-1 win and make it feel like a loss.

Apart from terrible Madison's injury record, it was also shocking that Arteta chose Havretz over Madison. Few people mentioned Palmer, but we all know MC won't sell any other player to us.
Maddison is not LCM just like Havertz also with way we play he'll get bullied we have Ødegaard and Vieira to replace Xhaka you go buy natural midfield and not attacking midfield.

The English codified the rules of football just as the French perfected wine. We don't often ask an English person to come over to make Bordeaux.
