Prediction

Arsenal 3-0 West Ham

Country: Cambodia
The treble winners lost to Brentford at home last season, dropped points against Everton at home. It does not matter whether we lost one or two games. The margin for error is gone now. what matters now is we have to beat Pool at home.
The trebel winners don't have a striker problem like ours, that's for sure.

If the referee had called it out it would not have been an obvious error that the ball was out. Therefore the decision stands

The referee knows that VAR will only correct him if it is an obvious error. So he can call it in with the proviso that it will only be changed if it is an obvious error. This makes the adjudication system vulnerable to corruption (the decisions are not necessarily independent).

West Ham game was a combination of poor finishing & extremely good defending it can happen.
I get the cry that we need to up the tempo at times & the Liverpool comparison but it was very similar to the Liverpool v Man U match that ended 0-0.

Difference was a very lucky bounce enabled them to score after the ball had likely gone out & Mavrapanos puts a header in the postage stamp. Great header but 9/10 that doesn't happen.

Have Tottenham closed the gap on Arsenal?
Last time I checked they were still 4 miles and 11 titles away
