He has an incredible speed, but that's the biggest strenght. He hasn't really made a step forward in the last years since his signing for Dortmund. He even has a very poor year overall, especially started very bad.
There isn't much of a end product, isn't strong in duels. Normally his defensive work doesn't look like this in the Bundesliga too. Just not even close to good enough at the moment.
